Why do we make our lives so hard when they really don't have to be . . .??

I was just talking with a client about the copy on his Web site. He was troubled:

"I wish I could write as if I were just talking with one visitor at a time" he said. "But there are so many people coming to my site - I feel like I have to reach all of them at once!"

Guess what I said: "Yes, there are many visitors reading your copy - but they're reading it one at a time! Have a one on one conversation with each of them."

He was so relieved - and he made his life so much easier!
